Run away from Germany 

 

Binance withdrew the request to the German regulator. Under European law, it is sufficient to obtain a license from at least one EU country for cryptocurrency transactions within the EU.

Earlier there were reports that Germany has serious objections to the request of the crypto exchange. Binance did not wait for a formal refusal and has withdrawn it.

Exchange managers argued for the exit from Germany by the changed conditions of the global crypto business.

In recent months, the exchange has been subjected to administrative and legal attacks around the world. It had to stop operations in several European countries. France raised suspicion of money laundering, and the SEC announced a legal hunt personally for Changpeng Zhao, head of company.

Lado Okhotnikov, Founder & CEO of Meta Force commented the situation around Binance:

«Indeed, the exchange has a lot of troubles right now. Seems, they faced with a coordinated attack. They are too independent, so it is a reason to limit them. And they are successfully limited. As a result, Binance becomes toxic to European and American companies. But I don’t think the exchange is going to give up easily, it has a margin of safety, and it’s not so easy to affect it. Let’s hope that everything will be fine with exchange and its users…»
