Fairness in business:  does it exist

 

When you start a business that affects millions of people, issues and questions of a philosophical nature arise willy-nilly. Perhaps it comes from a sense of responsibility - you are trusted, and you have no right to be wrong. Of course, among the million people who have trusted us, there are those who are unhappy, some who feel that we are doing wrong or feel some unfairness.

 

And so, I thought, what is fairness in business. Is there any f fairness in business?

 

I’d like to start by understanding what fairness is?

 

Emotionally, of course, we all understand what it is, but how to define it exactly? Besides, in different times, fairness can be different. fairness in the representation of a slave in ancient Rome and the resident of modern megalopolis differ as black and white.

 

I’ll give you, my guess.

 

I believe that fairness is when you are treated exactly in accordance with the laws and regulations, and so are everyone else. That is, the main criteria - impartiality of law enforcement and equality.

 

And in that sense, Meta Force is an example of fairness in business.

 

We set the rules, digitized them, recorded them in smart contracts and made their execution automatic, independent of our likes and dislikes. This is absolute impartiality.

 

Meta Force rules are for everyone. No one has undeserved privileges. We are all equal!

And I have to admit, I’m happy that we did, because I think that fairness is a supreme spiritual value.
