"Globalization" is one of the most controversial terms in the modern economic dictionary. It is often used in a negative context, referring to the international expansion of mega-corporations. Globalization, however, is a natural state of society that is evolving towards rapprochement of economies and destruction of borders. 

Corporations scale business and transform finance into political power, and this is a threat to free business. This is a real threat that can be countered by the introduction of a system of decentralized public administration. How do you do that?
