Here's a drawing I’ve made for you 👆 This illustration shows that any change is first a fall and then a rise.
Remember the story of Steve Jobs — he was fired from Apple, but he came back and made the company great. Ask Elon Musk — in 2008 he was on the verge of bankruptcy, and now his rockets are flying into space. And Oprah Winfrey — she was fired from her first television job: the management considered that her appearance on the screen was inappropriate. But Winfrey pulled herself together, continued working and became the queen of television talk shows.
What am I talking about...
I wrote this post https://t.me/ladookhotnikovblog/83 a year and a half ago.
It was important then. Now it is vital.
The issue of comfort zone is more relevant than ever. The world is changing, and every day we face challenges that have not existed before. But the main question is — are we ready to go beyond the usual framework?
Looking back, I understand: back then, when I wrote this post, everything was already obvious. Those who were not afraid to step beyond the boundaries of the familiar received new opportunities. And now? It has become critically important. If you are not moving forward, you are already lagging behind. We see this in everything: in a career, in personal life, in skills. Those who are not afraid to step outside their comfort zone will be stronger, more experienced, more confident tomorrow. They will be able to adapt to any changes, because they are already used to meeting new things without fear.
