SEC against entire World

 

Perhaps the main news of the crypto world last week was related to the SEC. There is something abnormal in the fact that over the past year the main newsmaker of the world’s Crypto is the American agency. The entire world is waiting for the head of the commission Mr. Gensler to say. And Mr. Gensler usually says nothing good about Crypto.

 

This week, he distinguished himself in the US Congress, where a high commission heard his testimony regarding the SEC’s relationship with the crypto industry. There were already well-known arguments that the crypto should exist solely under the supervision of the SEC, and all dissenters should be punished. An interesting feature of the hearing was the aggressive opposition of the congressmen to the commission’s policy. The delay in the execution of the court decision to issue a license for bitcoin ETF caused many questions.

 

The SEC reacted fairly eloquently to the criticism, once again postponing a decision on BlackRock and others. on bitcoin ETF. It is obvious that Mr. Gensler is not going to give in.

Evidence that the SEC’s policy is causing extreme discontent in the crypto community has become a shared accusation by influential crypto companies.  Circle and Paradigm officially stated that the commission had overstepped its authority by pursuing Binance. This is an encouraging event that demonstrates the solidarity of the cryptoworld.

 

At the level of intuition, I strongly think that in the near future there will be a breakthrough in the relationship of the SEC with the entire world. Crisis is coming.
